The goal of this training is to inform participants on demonstrating good nutrition habits and wellness in the early childhood center. Identify the main causes of childhood obesity and the updated 2020 – 2025 Dietary Guidelines. Identify gross motor and coordination activities to share with families, benefits of exercising, developmentally appropriate environments for young children to incorporate into  daily teaching practices!
